Return of goods
You have the right to withdraw from the contract until 14 days from the receipt of goods without giving a reason (Section 7 of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.).
How to return goods
- Contact us at support@doktorpeptid.sk with the order number.
- Send the goods back to the address: Rastislav Kuric, Dolné Rudiny 3, 010 01 Žilina.
- The customer bears the return costs.
- After delivery, we will refund the money to your bank account within 14 days.
